With summer school holidays only round the corner, and hoping the weather stays good, there is all kinds of Summer Camps planned to suit your Child, in Ballina this July and August.
Kellogg’s Cúl Camp
Running two camps in Ballina this July and August.
From the 3rd – 7th July first Cúl camp kicks of at Ballina Stephenites returning to Ardnaree Sarsfields from the 31st July – 4th August. (Click on both or either Clubs to book your Camp).

Camps has something for everyone.
Interested in starting gymnastics? then our ‘All Kinds of everything’ camp is the one for you. This camp offers children a taster session on each piece of apparatus along with a fun filled day of activities and supervised play time.

Danceblast
is now in its 3rd Year, starting with a class of 15 children that is now a school of approximately 150 students. Ranging in ages from 4 to 17 all enjoy their weekly dance classes throughout Mayo. These summer camps and classes are suitable for ages 4+ and for both boys and girls. During their time with danceblast children will develop not only dancing skills, but they will also build their confidence, fitness and make lots of new friends.

Computer Skills Summer Camp
Searsol is now offering our computer skills throughout Ireland for children who want to improve their computer skills. Searsol has a nationwide network of course centres in Ireland. The course runs over the Summer period for five days and for three hours per day. The emphasis is teaching your child the fundamental skill of touch typing along with other appropriate computer skills appropriate to their age that will help them with school homework or projects. The course is suitable for the age group from 8 years old to school leaving age.
Computer course offers the following:
- Touch Typing – the first hour of the course is dedicated to learning how to touch type.
- Email fundamentals – setting up and using email correctly. Compose, reply, and forward messages and adding attachments.
- Word Processing – create, change font’s size and colour, add page borders, headers, footers etc.
- Presentation slides – create, animate, insert images, change fonts (new for 2017)
- Uploading, editing and cropping pictures on the PC.
- Creating their own online comic book.
- Creating their own avatar and character
- Creating their own birthday cards.
- Creating their own Picture collages.
- Cloud storage – storing documents on the internet.
- 3D Animation code image design
